If you wish to cancel your reservation we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation falls on a holiday we must receive notice 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 7 or 14 days will have the deposit refunded minus a $30 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 or 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and may be liable for the entire amount of original reservation.

Our rates are for single or double occupancy only. The maximum number of persons per room is two. A one nights' room deposit including tax is due upon making the reservation and secures any 1 – 4 night reservation. A two nights' deposit including tax is required for stays greater than 4 nights (5+). The remainder of the payment (room rate, plus tax) is due at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks with ID. Room rates posted are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.
Check in time is anytime between 3pm and 6pm. Arrivals after 6pm MUST make prior arrangements with us to ensure access to the inn. In order to give each room the attention you and all guests deserve check-out time is 11:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation with this or a 25% late check-out fee will be applied.
